Gouache and Embroidery Series
Please read carefully!
This is a series of 3 classes for three consecutive Thursdays - 2/27, 3/6, and 3/13 each meeting from 6-8pm.
Class 1 (2/27) - learn the basics of painting with gouache, mixing colors, painting simple illustrations.
Class 2 (3/6) - learn the basics of embroidery - chain stitch, running stitch, French knots, and more! Create simple designs on an embroidery hoop.
Class 3 (3/13) - time to combine gouache with embroidery! Incorporate embroidery into your paintings to add depth and detail.
All supplies provided and to take home to keep FOREVER. Including but not limited to: gouache paint, embroidery floss, mini awl, and more!
Class instruction made to follow along to a prompt but everyone’s welcome to let their creativity take them in whatever direction they want!

The building can be a little confusing, although the address is Harris St, plop yourself near the corner of Harris St. and 5th St. until you see a grey building with dark blue slats. Walk towards the building via 5th St, you will cross a parking lot and enter the door. Go up the stairs and take a left until you see a clear glass door to your right. You found us!
