Wow, nothing like mashed meat taking the shape of something else. As bizarre of a concept as meatloaf is to me, I do enjoy it. I remember getting a copy of the American Girl magazine from a birthday party once where it had a recipe for meatloaf. So as a 12 year old, I decided to give it a go, and it was edible.
