I have always been a soup fiend. Growing up on an island, canned goods were a staple… I guess through the beginning years of college as well… It was a long journey, but I finally learned how simple it was to make the soupy goodness from scratch. And the best tip I ever got was to keep the cooked pasta in a separate container and mix in with the soup when ready to consume. No soggy pasta for me.
